[00:00]: This skill will make you hundreds of
[00:01]: thousands of dollars in today's AI
[00:03]: economy if you get it right. I have
[00:05]: worked with 100 plus AI agency owners
[00:08]: from all around the world and they all
[00:09]: struggle with this in the beginning.
[00:11]: Once they've mastered it, they close
[00:13]: 15,000, $25,000, $35,000 AI deals. Our
[00:17]: objective for the next 10 minutes is to
[00:18]: go over this skill, learn it, master it,
[00:21]: and I'll show you a live example of me
[00:23]: using the skill to get a 5 figureure
[00:25]: project. So, first, what is this skill
[00:28]: and why is it so important? Well, you
[00:29]: want to build an AI business, right?
[00:31]: Okay. So, if a client asks you the
[00:33]: following, hey, Victoria, can you build
[00:35]: XYZ for me with specifications ABCDE EF?
[00:38]: If so, how much will it cost me? You're
[00:40]: going to be like,
[00:43]: yeah, that will be your reaction because
[00:45]: you have absolutely no idea what to say
[00:47]: next. I mean, what process are you going
[00:48]: to follow to give the client an accurate
[00:50]: price? Oh, you have no idea how to price
[00:54]: your automations. Well, if you don't
[00:55]: know how to price your automations, how
[00:57]: can you get paid? If you can't get paid,
[00:59]: how can you keep your business afloat?
[01:01]: Exactly. You got to work a 9-5 for the
[01:03]: rest of your life. But if you watch this
[01:05]: video in full, you are going to master
[01:06]: how to accurately price your automation
[01:09]: projects so your client will say yes to
[01:11]: whatever you say and you will feel like
[01:13]: you are getting paid for your value
[01:15]: without giving your liver a kidney.
[01:17]: Lucky for you, I have a real client
[01:19]: project that has come across my desk 2
[01:20]: days ago. And I will price it live so
[01:22]: you can see how I break it down, what
[01:24]: the final price is, and how I present it
[01:26]: to the client. Get your notebook out,
[01:28]: take notes, and follow along. So, one of
[01:30]: my students actually forwarded me this
[01:32]: message from a client who wants my
[01:34]: student to price the automation, but my
[01:35]: student does not know how to price this
[01:38]: complex of an automation. So, we're
[01:40]: going to do it live for this video. Now,
[01:42]: you can see right here, this is a very
[01:46]: well-written client proposal. And
[01:48]: usually when you get a client proposal
[01:49]: this well-written, see, most people
[01:51]: don't know how to properly write what
[01:54]: they want, right? Most regular everyday
[01:57]: people can't tell a developer, hey, I
[02:00]: want you to make me this. I want these
[02:01]: features included. They have no idea
[02:03]: what they're saying. They just say,
[02:04]: "Yeah, I want some super cool automation
[02:06]: that can do this, this, this, and that."
[02:08]: But when you see a structured outline
[02:11]: like this, the person who is contacting
[02:14]: my student is most likely another AI
[02:16]: agency with no in-house developers or
[02:19]: in-house talent. You see, a big thing
[02:21]: that's going on right now is a lot of
[02:22]: people are trying to start an AI
[02:23]: business, but they have absolutely no
[02:24]: idea how to build their own AI
[02:26]: automations. So, instead, they become a
[02:29]: middleman and they try to find another
[02:30]: AI agency that actually knows how to
[02:32]: build automations and have them do their
[02:34]: project and then sell that project to
[02:36]: the client. So, they're just the
[02:37]: middleman and that's how you get these
[02:39]: well-written proposals because let's be
[02:40]: honest, whoever wrote this has no idea
[02:42]: how to build a automation, so they're
[02:43]: forwarding it to us. So, let me go ahead
[02:45]: and copy this message.
[02:48]: And the first thing we're going to do,
[02:49]: let's paste it right here. And we are
[02:51]: going to kind of break this down. Let's
[02:53]: restructure this a little bit.
[02:57]: So the first thing we're going to do
[02:58]: when pricing a client is we are going
[03:03]: to put it
[03:06]: in chat GPT.
[03:08]: Now there is a big risk with this and
[03:10]: that is the fact that you should not go
[03:13]: with the final price that chat GPT tells
[03:14]: you because a lot of times they it likes
[03:16]: to overpric it. However, what I do like
[03:19]: doing is once I paste in here, I can get
[03:22]: a good idea of what a normal person
[03:24]: would probably do because normal person
[03:26]: probably put in chat Gvt, see the price,
[03:28]: panic, and wonder if they can find
[03:30]: cheaper labor. So, I want to see what
[03:32]: price the client expects to be quoted
[03:34]: cuz they're trying to find cheaper than
[03:36]: that.
[03:41]: All right, so we're going to let Chad do
[03:42]: his magic.
[03:47]: Okay. So it broke down everything from
[03:50]: like a phase level. So we have phase
[03:52]: one, phase two,
[03:55]: phase three, four, five, six, seven.
[03:57]: Nice.
[03:59]: Estimated cost breakdown. So total
[04:01]: development cost is saying 10,500,
[04:04]: which honestly is not that bad. I think
[04:06]: I thought actually be a little more. And
[04:08]: then $250 for maintenance.
[04:11]: Okay. And then breaks down the pro.
[04:13]: Cool. Nice. Now, this is a cost that the
[04:16]: client sees, right? So, if we give them
[04:18]: this cost, they're they're going to be
[04:19]: like, well, I expected this, right? We
[04:22]: need to give a lesser cost, but we need
[04:24]: to make sure that we're not selling
[04:25]: ourselves short at the same time. So, to
[04:27]: do that, let's actually break down what
[04:30]: is going on with this project. So, we're
[04:32]: going to build a computer complete
[04:33]: operating system to manage delivery
[04:35]: staff, stocks, low cash, and wire
[04:36]: transactions, payouts, automatic depth
[04:38]: tracking. So, there the client is
[04:40]: expecting some sort of dashboard, right?
[04:42]: So we already know the client wants a
[04:46]: dashboard. Here are the specifications
[04:48]: of what we know
[04:51]: client. So we need a dashboard
[04:55]: with indepth
[04:58]: um analytics.
[05:00]: A dashboard you're already looking at a
[05:02]: four figure quote, right? Every
[05:04]: dashboard should not be selling it any
[05:06]: less than like $1,000. Secure login for
[05:09]: each row. So we need multi login. ROS
[05:11]: authentication. So roles and
[05:13]: authentication whenever you see this
[05:15]: type of work, you're automatically
[05:17]: looking at a $500 to $800 boost because
[05:21]: um databases and making sure user
[05:24]: profiles and login are being managed
[05:25]: correctly is added work without a doubt
[05:28]: and it's not something that everyone can
[05:29]: do. So anything that you can do that
[05:31]: other people can't or the regular person
[05:33]: in your industry can't is your unfair
[05:35]: advantage. Okay. Authentication plus.
[05:39]: authentication, right? Plus login
[05:41]: management, multilog management.
[05:47]: And this tells us that we're going to
[05:49]: need a
[05:51]: separate onboarding flow
[05:55]: for user type, right? Because different
[05:58]: user types will need different um login
[06:00]: and like onboardings.
[06:03]: So assign working drivers recharging
[06:04]: cash collection time delivery delivery
[06:07]: logging by driver cabin re workflow real
[06:10]: time tracking stock remaining okay um
[06:13]: financial engine see the financial
[06:14]: engine itself might be a lot of work
[06:17]: these are two core features right stock
[06:19]: and delivery management assign working
[06:21]: cash collection times and then automatic
[06:24]: calculations per driver
[06:27]: so we're automatically looking at stripe
[06:30]: probably some wire support platform
[06:34]: which I I don't I think stripe allows so
[06:36]: that might help us or maybe cabbine I
[06:38]: have no idea what cabbine is
[06:41]: oh using valid corrects each delivery
[06:45]: this is like a manager almost
[06:47]: so we need everything logged as well
[06:52]: all actions log
[06:56]: guess we need a logging system
[06:58]: like uh action history essentially and
[07:01]: Then we'll put a star for this stock
[07:05]: delivery management solution.
[07:10]: Automated messaging is like super easy,
[07:12]: right? So we have our automated
[07:16]: messaging
[07:18]: and we can use like Twilio API
[07:22]: then admin login and then just if this
[07:25]: is just how to build it, we can this is
[07:27]: we can do whatever we want to do for
[07:30]: this part. So discovering design. Let's
[07:31]: look at how chat GBT breaks it down.
[07:33]: Workflow mapping world definition
[07:35]: timeline one to two weeks. System
[07:36]: architecture course in the build
[07:37]: database 3 to four weeks. Yeah, this is
[07:40]: a very important one.
[07:43]: So this is looking like a 3 to fourmonth
[07:46]: project which I'm sure no client wants.
[07:48]: So already we're looking at chatbt and
[07:51]: it's kind of overestimating some of the
[07:52]: work. Like
[07:54]: this right here should not take three or
[07:55]: four weeks. It should take max two
[07:57]: weeks. discovering design with with
[08:00]: lovable AI. These things can be made
[08:02]: faster. It should only take one week. So
[08:04]: now you want to do is you want to break
[08:06]: down things into phases. So we have
[08:10]: discovery
[08:13]: and design, right? That's chat GBT calls
[08:15]: it.
[08:19]: This will take I'd say one week.
[08:24]: And we'll use Lovable AI for fast
[08:27]: mockups.
[08:29]: And we can also use Miro
[08:32]: for mocking up
[08:34]: and diagramming.
[08:39]: All right. So this take one week. Core
[08:42]: system build dab authentication ro
[08:45]: access three modules. The core system
[08:48]: we'll keep it at three weeks. and time,
[08:51]: what we're building, all of this plays a
[08:54]: role in the price. Okay, so all this
[08:56]: don't think that any this is busy work.
[08:58]: No, this will all make sense in a bit.
[09:00]: The financial engine again another big
[09:02]: component, right? That'll take another
[09:03]: three weeks. That makes sense. Um, again
[09:07]: with platforms with AI tools like
[09:08]: lovable
[09:10]: and got cursor and clawed code, I
[09:13]: believe this can be done even in a
[09:15]: sooner amount of time.
[09:17]: Uh, I'd say like two weeks. All right.
[09:20]: Um, and then that's financial engine.
[09:22]: And then dashboard integrations
[09:26]: dashboard plus integrations. We're
[09:28]: looking at says two to three weeks. Dash
[09:30]: was easy to create with lovable again.
[09:32]: Real time copy. This is a multilog
[09:35]: WhatsApp automation reports that stuff
[09:39]: probably two weeks. Okay. And then
[09:42]: testing is one week. always have testing
[09:43]: one week because you should be testing
[09:45]: your developments throughout the design
[09:48]: the entire development process. If
[09:49]: you're only testing at the end, there's
[09:51]: a problem. So, you want to do you want
[09:53]: to break the pricing into phases. I know
[09:56]: with with chat GT breaks it down per
[09:59]: like module, but we have five phases,
[10:03]: right? Each phase we want to assign a
[10:04]: cost. That way, we can um it makes more
[10:07]: sense and it's easier to follow for a
[10:09]: client, right? Client doesn't want to
[10:10]: see all these like different breakdowns.
[10:12]: It's easier for just understand the
[10:13]: phase. They know what they're paying and
[10:15]: for how long. Right now the total time
[10:18]: chat GPT is
[10:22]: 9 to 12 weeks. Total time
[10:26]: us
[10:27]: is say 1 + 2 is 3 + 2 is 5 7 8
[10:33]: to nine weeks if you in case we include
[10:36]: the three
[10:38]: right which is about two months you know
[10:42]: uh this is three months uh this is about
[10:44]: two months so we're saving
[10:49]: a month
[10:52]: for the client
[10:55]: Okay. Um, this is a good sell point. Go
[11:01]: some time to let the client know, right,
[11:03]: that
[11:06]: we're saving a month for them.
[11:09]: Okay. So, we are saving a month for the
[11:11]: client. All right. This is a big
[11:13]: statement that we should be able to tell
[11:15]: our client and give it gives them more
[11:17]: confidence to whatever price quote we
[11:18]: give them. Right.
[11:22]: chat which is trained on.
[11:25]: So by saying this statement we're
[11:27]: looking like we are the best of the best
[11:30]: because I mean we are saving a month
[11:32]: worth of time and chatt is using this
[11:35]: estimate based off all the data it has
[11:37]: around the world. So it's getting this
[11:39]: data from other software agencies other
[11:41]: automation agencies. If we're able to do
[11:43]: it faster than them I mean yeah that's
[11:46]: that's a no-brainer like great bonus for
[11:48]: us. Okay. So, you're able to do it
[11:51]: sooner. Now, because we're able to do it
[11:53]: sooner, does that mean we charge more
[11:55]: money or less and or less money? I would
[11:57]: say since our goal right now is to beat
[12:00]: the cost code that ChatGpt gives, we
[12:03]: want to try to get under the $10,500
[12:07]: range. And now, one thing I want to
[12:08]: note, I've been using Chat GBT for
[12:11]: pricing automations a lot. And as a
[12:13]: result, it knows that I always want to
[12:16]: underpric the client. That way, it's a
[12:18]: easier sell. they're quicker to say yes.
[12:22]: And most of the time that first client
[12:24]: you that comes to you, they're going to
[12:26]: rehire you again and again if you do a
[12:27]: good job. So, so maybe you took three to
[12:29]: 4K less the first time, but now because
[12:31]: of that, the client trusts you. They saw
[12:33]: your amazing work and now they're
[12:34]: willing to give you a 15K, 20K new
[12:36]: project, which will give you another
[12:38]: testimony, put more work on your
[12:40]: portfolio, get bigger payments overall,
[12:42]: and just help you scale your AI
[12:44]: automation agency business.
[12:47]: Okay, so with all this being said, okay,
[12:51]: we know the price goes 10,500 and it's
[12:53]: also let's say four months or three
[12:55]: months worth of work. So, if we just do
[12:58]: like um 3 months 10,500. Okay, so we're
[13:03]: essentially charging $862 for every
[13:06]: single week, right? If you go off Chad
[13:07]: GPT's model. So, if we're able to do in
[13:09]: 8 weeks, we do this times 8
[13:13]: and we're charging 6,900. Now, I think
[13:16]: this is a little bit low. So, what we
[13:17]: can do is we can add what I like to call
[13:19]: just a a bump based off your expertise.
[13:22]: Like the only reason you're able to do
[13:23]: this in a month less is because we know
[13:25]: that hey, we can use level AI for fast
[13:27]: mockups and Miro, right? We're skilled
[13:30]: at that. So, because you're more skilled
[13:32]: than other agencies, you can maybe
[13:35]: increase the price a little bit. Right?
[13:37]: So, that's 6,900. I might add on
[13:39]: another,000. Right? So, now it's $7,900.
[13:42]: Um, always go $100 less than the whole
[13:45]: number. So, instead of 8,000, do 7,900.
[13:47]: Instead of 9,000, do 8,900. It's just a
[13:49]: psychological thing. Um, so 7,900 is a
[13:52]: quote I'm going to go with. Yes, I might
[13:55]: be missing out on 3K, but hey, it's
[13:58]: okay. Al, this is 10,500.
[14:01]: So, let's just Okay, 7,900 is still
[14:04]: pretty solid in my opinion. Okay, so
[14:06]: we're going to do our quote at $7,900.
[14:11]: Now, this we're not done yet. This is
[14:13]: not gonna, you know, make the client
[14:15]: like, "Oh, yeah, for sure. I'm gonna go
[14:16]: with you guys." What you got to do is
[14:20]: you go chat GPT, right? You're going to
[14:23]: want to screenshot this
[14:26]: because the client got to see this and
[14:28]: they might already seen this, but if
[14:30]: they haven't, you want to make sure,
[14:32]: right?
[14:34]: Chad GP's quote is $10,500.
[14:37]: Let's let make sure the client knows
[14:39]: this because everyone trusts AI
[14:41]: nowadays. So, when they see that we're
[14:43]: charging almost two we're charging 10
[14:46]: $2,600 less, they're going to want to go
[14:49]: with us that much more.
[14:52]: This is like big, right? So, going to
[14:56]: let the client know they're saying
[14:58]: $2,600 with us, which is absolutely
[15:01]: amazing, right? Um, okay. Now the next
[15:07]: part is since we have our pricing our
[15:09]: final price how do we break it down for
[15:12]: the client so they understand right like
[15:13]: hey this is how we got to our final
[15:15]: quotation
[15:17]: we can say
[15:19]: what I like to do
[15:21]: is just copy paste this
[15:26]: put in chat GBT
[15:36]: Okay, cool. So, I passed into chatbt the
[15:40]: the little mockup we made, right? As
[15:43]: well as our quote and I told it to give
[15:47]: us a price for each phase and justify
[15:50]: why it priced each phase at that, you
[15:52]: know, price. This way, we can do the
[15:55]: exact same reasoning to the client. AI
[15:57]: tool speeding it up. Perfect. Look, it
[16:00]: understands that we're using lovable
[16:02]: muro
[16:04]: core system summary standard map market
[16:07]: value and look at that. It's a way nicer
[16:10]: like breakdown like and you show this to
[16:11]: the client. They're like, "Oh my god,
[16:13]: this is amazing, right?" And they see a
[16:15]: 25% cost save. That's really going to
[16:17]: make the client want to go with you.
[16:20]: And you don't have to do the pricing
[16:21]: rational. This is more for you in the
[16:22]: client negotiation. when you actually
[16:24]: have a meeting with the client and you
[16:25]: present the the the the price, you can
[16:28]: use this to rationalize it. Um,
[16:32]: cool. So now I I would do is I would
[16:36]: just save this chart into your um
[16:40]: proposal, right? And paste this chart
[16:42]: into your document proposal. And when
[16:44]: you send this to the client, they'll be
[16:46]: able to view it. They'll see the
[16:47]: breakdown and they'll see that cost
[16:49]: saving be, you know, very good for them.
[16:51]: Now, if you do not have a template for a
[16:54]: proper software, a automation proposal,
[16:57]: I have a free one in description below.
[16:58]: So, go ahead and just check that out.
[17:00]: Um, it will make your life so much
[17:02]: easier. AI is your friend when it comes
[17:04]: to pricing client projects. So, use chat
[17:06]: extensively. Make sure it's not
[17:08]: overpricing things. Let it know to do
[17:10]: fair pricing and make sure your software
[17:12]: design proposal is very thorough. Again,
[17:15]: temp free template in description. And
[17:17]: go ahead and send that to the client.
[17:18]: and the chance of you landing that
[17:20]: $5,000, $10,000, $30,000 deal is going
[17:23]: to be so much higher. You now know how
[17:25]: to properly price your projects. And if
[17:26]: you want to work with me one on-one in
[17:28]: scaling your AI automation business,
[17:30]: then click the first link in description
[17:32]: below. You can be my 123rd AI automation
[17:35]: agency I work with. Yeah, it's been
[17:37]: crazy. And if you want to watch me build

[00:00]: This skill will make you hundreds of

[00:05]: worked with 100 plus AI agency owners
[00:08]: from all around the world and they all
[00:09]: struggle with this in the beginning.
[00:11]: Once they've mastered it, they close
[00:13]: 15,000, $25,000, $35,000 AI deals. Our

[00:21]: and I'll show you a live example of me
[00:23]: using the skill to get a 5 figureure
[00:25]: project. So, first, what is this skill
[00:28]: and why is it so important? Well, you
[00:29]: want to build an AI business, right?
[00:31]: Okay. So, if a client asks you the
[00:33]: following, hey, Victoria, can you build
[00:35]: XYZ for me with specifications ABCDE EF?
[00:38]: If so, how much will it cost me? You're
[00:40]: going to be like,
[00:43]: yeah, that will be your reaction because
[00:45]: you have absolutely no idea what to say
[00:47]: next. I mean, what process are you going
[00:48]: to follow to give the client an accurate
[00:50]: price? Oh, you have no idea how to price
[00:54]: your automations. Well, if you don't
[00:55]: know how to price your automations, how
[00:57]: can you get paid? If you can't get paid,
[00:59]: how can you keep your business afloat?
[01:01]: Exactly. You got to work a 9-5 for the
[01:03]: rest of your life. But if you watch this
[01:05]: video in full, you are going to master
[01:06]: how to accurately price your automation
[01:09]: projects so your client will say yes to
[01:11]: whatever you say and you will feel like
[01:13]: you are getting paid for your value
[01:15]: without giving your liver a kidney.
[01:17]: Lucky for you, I have a real client
[01:19]: project that has come across my desk 2
[01:20]: days ago. And I will price it live so
[01:22]: you can see how I break it down, what
[01:24]: the final price is, and how I present it
[01:26]: to the client. Get your notebook out,
[01:28]: take notes, and follow along. So, one of
[01:30]: my students actually forwarded me this
[01:32]: message from a client who wants my
[01:34]: student to price the automation, but my
[01:35]: student does not know how to price this
[01:38]: complex of an automation. So, we're
[01:40]: going to do it live for this video. Now,
[01:42]: you can see right here, this is a very
[01:46]: well-written client proposal. And
[01:48]: usually when you get a client proposal
[01:49]: this well-written, see, most people
[01:51]: don't know how to properly write what
[01:54]: they want, right? Most regular everyday
[01:57]: people can't tell a developer, hey, I
[02:00]: want you to make me this. I want these
[02:01]: features included. They have no idea
[02:03]: what they're saying. They just say,
[02:04]: "Yeah, I want some super cool automation
[02:06]: that can do this, this, this, and that."
[02:08]: But when you see a structured outline
[02:11]: like this, the person who is contacting
[02:14]: my student is most likely another AI
[02:16]: agency with no in-house developers or
[02:19]: in-house talent. You see, a big thing
[02:21]: that's going on right now is a lot of
[02:22]: people are trying to start an AI
[02:23]: business, but they have absolutely no
[02:24]: idea how to build their own AI
[02:26]: automations. So, instead, they become a
[02:29]: middleman and they try to find another
[02:30]: AI agency that actually knows how to
[02:32]: build automations and have them do their
[02:34]: project and then sell that project to
[02:36]: the client. So, they're just the
[02:37]: middleman and that's how you get these
[02:39]: well-written proposals because let's be
[02:40]: honest, whoever wrote this has no idea
[02:42]: how to build a automation, so they're
[02:43]: forwarding it to us. So, let me go ahead
[02:45]: and copy this message.
[02:48]: And the first thing we're going to do,
[02:49]: let's paste it right here. And we are
[02:51]: going to kind of break this down. Let's
[02:53]: restructure this a little bit.
[02:57]: So the first thing we're going to do
[02:58]: when pricing a client is we are going
[03:03]: to put it
[03:06]: in chat GPT.
[03:08]: Now there is a big risk with this and
[03:10]: that is the fact that you should not go
[03:13]: with the final price that chat GPT tells
[03:14]: you because a lot of times they it likes
[03:16]: to overpric it. However, what I do like
[03:19]: doing is once I paste in here, I can get
[03:22]: a good idea of what a normal person
[03:24]: would probably do because normal person
[03:26]: probably put in chat Gvt, see the price,
[03:28]: panic, and wonder if they can find
[03:30]: cheaper labor. So, I want to see what
[03:32]: price the client expects to be quoted
[03:34]: cuz they're trying to find cheaper than
[03:36]: that.
[03:41]: All right, so we're going to let Chad do
[03:42]: his magic.
[03:47]: Okay. So it broke down everything from
[03:50]: like a phase level. So we have phase
[03:52]: one, phase two,
[03:55]: phase three, four, five, six, seven.
[03:57]: Nice.
[03:59]: Estimated cost breakdown. So total
[04:01]: development cost is saying 10,500,
[04:04]: which honestly is not that bad. I think
[04:06]: I thought actually be a little more. And
[04:08]: then $250 for maintenance.
[04:11]: Okay. And then breaks down the pro.
[04:13]: Cool. Nice. Now, this is a cost that the
[04:16]: client sees, right? So, if we give them
[04:18]: this cost, they're they're going to be
[04:19]: like, well, I expected this, right? We
[04:22]: need to give a lesser cost, but we need
[04:24]: to make sure that we're not selling
[04:25]: ourselves short at the same time. So, to
[04:27]: do that, let's actually break down what
[04:30]: is going on with this project. So, we're
[04:32]: going to build a computer complete
[04:33]: operating system to manage delivery
[04:35]: staff, stocks, low cash, and wire
[04:36]: transactions, payouts, automatic depth
[04:38]: tracking. So, there the client is
[04:40]: expecting some sort of dashboard, right?
[04:42]: So we already know the client wants a
[04:46]: dashboard. Here are the specifications
[04:48]: of what we know
[04:51]: client. So we need a dashboard
[04:55]: with indepth
[04:58]: um analytics.
[05:00]: A dashboard you're already looking at a
[05:02]: four figure quote, right? Every
[05:04]: dashboard should not be selling it any
[05:06]: less than like $1,000. Secure login for
[05:09]: each row. So we need multi login. ROS
[05:11]: authentication. So roles and
[05:13]: authentication whenever you see this
[05:15]: type of work, you're automatically
[05:17]: looking at a $500 to $800 boost because
[05:21]: um databases and making sure user
[05:24]: profiles and login are being managed
[05:25]: correctly is added work without a doubt
[05:28]: and it's not something that everyone can
[05:29]: do. So anything that you can do that
[05:31]: other people can't or the regular person
[05:33]: in your industry can't is your unfair
[05:35]: advantage. Okay. Authentication plus.
[05:39]: authentication, right? Plus login
[05:41]: management, multilog management.
[05:47]: And this tells us that we're going to
[05:49]: need a
[05:51]: separate onboarding flow
[05:55]: for user type, right? Because different
[05:58]: user types will need different um login
[06:00]: and like onboardings.
[06:03]: So assign working drivers recharging
[06:04]: cash collection time delivery delivery
[06:07]: logging by driver cabin re workflow real
[06:10]: time tracking stock remaining okay um
[06:13]: financial engine see the financial
[06:14]: engine itself might be a lot of work
[06:17]: these are two core features right stock
[06:19]: and delivery management assign working
[06:21]: cash collection times and then automatic
[06:24]: calculations per driver
[06:27]: so we're automatically looking at stripe
[06:30]: probably some wire support platform
[06:34]: which I I don't I think stripe allows so
[06:36]: that might help us or maybe cabbine I
[06:38]: have no idea what cabbine is
[06:41]: oh using valid corrects each delivery
[06:45]: this is like a manager almost
[06:47]: so we need everything logged as well
[06:52]: all actions log
[06:56]: guess we need a logging system
[06:58]: like uh action history essentially and
[07:01]: Then we'll put a star for this stock
[07:05]: delivery management solution.
[07:10]: Automated messaging is like super easy,
[07:12]: right? So we have our automated
[07:16]: messaging
[07:18]: and we can use like Twilio API
[07:22]: then admin login and then just if this
[07:25]: is just how to build it, we can this is
[07:27]: we can do whatever we want to do for
[07:30]: this part. So discovering design. Let's
[07:31]: look at how chat GBT breaks it down.
[07:33]: Workflow mapping world definition
[07:35]: timeline one to two weeks. System
[07:36]: architecture course in the build
[07:37]: database 3 to four weeks. Yeah, this is
[07:40]: a very important one.
[07:43]: So this is looking like a 3 to fourmonth
[07:46]: project which I'm sure no client wants.
[07:48]: So already we're looking at chatbt and
[07:51]: it's kind of overestimating some of the
[07:52]: work. Like
[07:54]: this right here should not take three or
[07:55]: four weeks. It should take max two
[07:57]: weeks. discovering design with with
[08:00]: lovable AI. These things can be made
[08:02]: faster. It should only take one week. So
[08:04]: now you want to do is you want to break
[08:06]: down things into phases. So we have
[08:10]: discovery
[08:13]: and design, right? That's chat GBT calls
[08:15]: it.
[08:19]: This will take I'd say one week.
[08:24]: And we'll use Lovable AI for fast
[08:27]: mockups.
[08:29]: And we can also use Miro
[08:32]: for mocking up
[08:34]: and diagramming.
[08:39]: All right. So this take one week. Core
[08:42]: system build dab authentication ro
[08:45]: access three modules. The core system
[08:48]: we'll keep it at three weeks. and time,
[08:51]: what we're building, all of this plays a
[08:54]: role in the price. Okay, so all this
[08:56]: don't think that any this is busy work.
[08:58]: No, this will all make sense in a bit.
[09:00]: The financial engine again another big
[09:02]: component, right? That'll take another
[09:03]: three weeks. That makes sense. Um, again
[09:07]: with platforms with AI tools like
[09:08]: lovable
[09:10]: and got cursor and clawed code, I
[09:13]: believe this can be done even in a
[09:15]: sooner amount of time.
[09:17]: Uh, I'd say like two weeks. All right.
[09:20]: Um, and then that's financial engine.
[09:22]: And then dashboard integrations
[09:26]: dashboard plus integrations. We're
[09:28]: looking at says two to three weeks. Dash
[09:30]: was easy to create with lovable again.
[09:32]: Real time copy. This is a multilog
[09:35]: WhatsApp automation reports that stuff
[09:39]: probably two weeks. Okay. And then
[09:42]: testing is one week. always have testing
[09:43]: one week because you should be testing
[09:45]: your developments throughout the design
[09:48]: the entire development process. If
[09:49]: you're only testing at the end, there's
[09:51]: a problem. So, you want to do you want
[09:53]: to break the pricing into phases. I know
[09:56]: with with chat GT breaks it down per
[09:59]: like module, but we have five phases,
[10:03]: right? Each phase we want to assign a
[10:04]: cost. That way, we can um it makes more
[10:07]: sense and it's easier to follow for a
[10:09]: client, right? Client doesn't want to
[10:10]: see all these like different breakdowns.
[10:12]: It's easier for just understand the
[10:13]: phase. They know what they're paying and
[10:15]: for how long. Right now the total time
[10:18]: chat GPT is
[10:22]: 9 to 12 weeks. Total time
[10:26]: us
[10:27]: is say 1 + 2 is 3 + 2 is 5 7 8
[10:33]: to nine weeks if you in case we include
[10:36]: the three
[10:38]: right which is about two months you know
[10:42]: uh this is three months uh this is about
[10:44]: two months so we're saving
[10:49]: a month
[10:52]: for the client
[10:55]: Okay. Um, this is a good sell point. Go
[11:01]: some time to let the client know, right,
[11:03]: that
[11:06]: we're saving a month for them.
[11:09]: Okay. So, we are saving a month for the
[11:11]: client. All right. This is a big
[11:13]: statement that we should be able to tell
[11:15]: our client and give it gives them more
[11:17]: confidence to whatever price quote we
[11:18]: give them. Right.
[11:22]: chat which is trained on.
[11:25]: So by saying this statement we're
[11:27]: looking like we are the best of the best
[11:30]: because I mean we are saving a month
[11:32]: worth of time and chatt is using this
[11:35]: estimate based off all the data it has
[11:37]: around the world. So it's getting this
[11:39]: data from other software agencies other
[11:41]: automation agencies. If we're able to do
[11:43]: it faster than them I mean yeah that's
[11:46]: that's a no-brainer like great bonus for
[11:48]: us. Okay. So, you're able to do it
[11:51]: sooner. Now, because we're able to do it
[11:53]: sooner, does that mean we charge more
[11:55]: money or less and or less money? I would
[11:57]: say since our goal right now is to beat
[12:00]: the cost code that ChatGpt gives, we
[12:03]: want to try to get under the $10,500
[12:07]: range. And now, one thing I want to
[12:08]: note, I've been using Chat GBT for
[12:11]: pricing automations a lot. And as a
[12:13]: result, it knows that I always want to
[12:16]: underpric the client. That way, it's a
[12:18]: easier sell. they're quicker to say yes.
[12:22]: And most of the time that first client
[12:24]: you that comes to you, they're going to
[12:26]: rehire you again and again if you do a
[12:27]: good job. So, so maybe you took three to
[12:29]: 4K less the first time, but now because
[12:31]: of that, the client trusts you. They saw
[12:33]: your amazing work and now they're
[12:34]: willing to give you a 15K, 20K new
[12:36]: project, which will give you another
[12:38]: testimony, put more work on your
[12:40]: portfolio, get bigger payments overall,
[12:42]: and just help you scale your AI
[12:44]: automation agency business.
[12:47]: Okay, so with all this being said, okay,
[12:51]: we know the price goes 10,500 and it's
[12:53]: also let's say four months or three
[12:55]: months worth of work. So, if we just do
[12:58]: like um 3 months 10,500. Okay, so we're
[13:03]: essentially charging $862 for every
[13:06]: single week, right? If you go off Chad
[13:07]: GPT's model. So, if we're able to do in
[13:09]: 8 weeks, we do this times 8
[13:13]: and we're charging 6,900. Now, I think
[13:16]: this is a little bit low. So, what we
[13:17]: can do is we can add what I like to call
[13:19]: just a a bump based off your expertise.
[13:22]: Like the only reason you're able to do
[13:23]: this in a month less is because we know
[13:25]: that hey, we can use level AI for fast
[13:27]: mockups and Miro, right? We're skilled
[13:30]: at that. So, because you're more skilled
[13:32]: than other agencies, you can maybe
[13:35]: increase the price a little bit. Right?
[13:37]: So, that's 6,900. I might add on
[13:39]: another,000. Right? So, now it's $7,900.
[13:42]: Um, always go $100 less than the whole
[13:45]: number. So, instead of 8,000, do 7,900.
[13:47]: Instead of 9,000, do 8,900. It's just a
[13:49]: psychological thing. Um, so 7,900 is a
[13:52]: quote I'm going to go with. Yes, I might
[13:55]: be missing out on 3K, but hey, it's
[13:58]: okay. Al, this is 10,500.
[14:01]: So, let's just Okay, 7,900 is still
[14:04]: pretty solid in my opinion. Okay, so
[14:06]: we're going to do our quote at $7,900.
[14:11]: Now, this we're not done yet. This is
[14:13]: not gonna, you know, make the client
[14:15]: like, "Oh, yeah, for sure. I'm gonna go
[14:16]: with you guys." What you got to do is
[14:20]: you go chat GPT, right? You're going to
[14:23]: want to screenshot this
[14:26]: because the client got to see this and
[14:28]: they might already seen this, but if
[14:30]: they haven't, you want to make sure,
[14:32]: right?
[14:34]: Chad GP's quote is $10,500.
[14:37]: Let's let make sure the client knows
[14:39]: this because everyone trusts AI
[14:41]: nowadays. So, when they see that we're
[14:43]: charging almost two we're charging 10
[14:46]: $2,600 less, they're going to want to go
[14:49]: with us that much more.
[14:52]: This is like big, right? So, going to
[14:56]: let the client know they're saying
[14:58]: $2,600 with us, which is absolutely
[15:01]: amazing, right? Um, okay. Now the next
[15:07]: part is since we have our pricing our
[15:09]: final price how do we break it down for
[15:12]: the client so they understand right like
[15:13]: hey this is how we got to our final
[15:15]: quotation
[15:17]: we can say
[15:19]: what I like to do
[15:21]: is just copy paste this
[15:26]: put in chat GBT
[15:36]: Okay, cool. So, I passed into chatbt the
[15:40]: the little mockup we made, right? As
[15:43]: well as our quote and I told it to give
[15:47]: us a price for each phase and justify
[15:50]: why it priced each phase at that, you
[15:52]: know, price. This way, we can do the
[15:55]: exact same reasoning to the client. AI
[15:57]: tool speeding it up. Perfect. Look, it
[16:00]: understands that we're using lovable
[16:02]: muro
[16:04]: core system summary standard map market
[16:07]: value and look at that. It's a way nicer
[16:10]: like breakdown like and you show this to
[16:11]: the client. They're like, "Oh my god,
[16:13]: this is amazing, right?" And they see a
[16:15]: 25% cost save. That's really going to
[16:17]: make the client want to go with you.
[16:20]: And you don't have to do the pricing
[16:21]: rational. This is more for you in the
[16:22]: client negotiation. when you actually
[16:24]: have a meeting with the client and you
[16:25]: present the the the the price, you can
[16:28]: use this to rationalize it. Um,
[16:32]: cool. So now I I would do is I would
[16:36]: just save this chart into your um
[16:40]: proposal, right? And paste this chart
[16:42]: into your document proposal. And when
[16:44]: you send this to the client, they'll be
[16:46]: able to view it. They'll see the
[16:47]: breakdown and they'll see that cost
[16:49]: saving be, you know, very good for them.
[16:51]: Now, if you do not have a template for a
[16:54]: proper software, a automation proposal,
[16:57]: I have a free one in description below.
[16:58]: So, go ahead and just check that out.
[17:00]: Um, it will make your life so much
[17:02]: easier. AI is your friend when it comes
[17:04]: to pricing client projects. So, use chat
[17:06]: extensively. Make sure it's not
[17:08]: overpricing things. Let it know to do
[17:10]: fair pricing and make sure your software
[17:12]: design proposal is very thorough. Again,
[17:15]: temp free template in description. And
[17:17]: go ahead and send that to the client.
[17:18]: and the chance of you landing that
[17:20]: $5,000, $10,000, $30,000 deal is going
[17:23]: to be so much higher. You now know how
[17:25]: to properly price your projects. And if
[17:26]: you want to work with me one on-one in
[17:28]: scaling your AI automation business,
[17:30]: then click the first link in description
[17:32]: below. You can be my 123rd AI automation
[17:35]: agency I work with. Yeah, it's been
[17:37]: crazy. And if you want to watch me build
[17:38]: and sell AI app live, watch this video
